傅总、宗智:两位好!昨天“世界咖啡”现场体验收获不小,我因为对《品尝变革》这本书看过两遍,还是比较熟悉。傅总讲的两个案例建议刊登,能够体现世界咖啡的影响力。人无我有,人有我精,人精我新,要在管理实践上多深入。记得今年1月参加智囊传媒活动,我提出仅有员工满意度是不够的,还要以工作投入度来衡量,结果在3月期刊看到“员工为何不敬业”专题文章:《个人与组织:关系到底如何重塑?》,作者是宋铁军、施星辉、丁伟。写得很好,尤其是员工敬业度的五个级别
