二、欧洲贝类市场现状1.主要养殖品种及市场消费特点欧洲的贝类养殖品种主要以贻贝和牡蛎为主,初步预计占到整个贝类养殖产量的90%以上。养殖贝类产量、规模、品种与中国相比有较大的差距。市场上消费的贝类品种比较单一,主要以鲜活贝类为主,价格较高。在法国市场上,直径约8厘米的扇贝可卖到6欧元/个,5~10厘米的牡蛎根据规格、产地和品种的不同,可卖到8~18.5欧元/打(12个),大西洋蛤22欧元/千克;在荷兰市场上,贻贝最低卖到2.25欧元/千克。市场上有限的贝类品种,在消费方式上也有其自己的特点,一些贝类加工厂开发了多种快餐型产品,简单加热即可食用。
