日前,“十一五”国家科技支撑计划重大项目内容之一“厨房卫生间污染控制与环境功能改善技术研究”课题于宁波正式启动,宁波方太厨具有限公司被建设部委任为该科研课题的主持单位。中国住宅数量以每年1000万套的速度增长,未来房地产业的迅速发展以及精装修房屋的需求增长,将推动整个厨卫市场规模不断扩大。但是,厨卫电器及相关配件的标准缺失,却严重制约了我国住宅产业化步伐,也不利于厨卫行业的发展。据悉,此次课题科研成果的实施将极大推进我国建筑、建材、厨卫、家电等产业的发展,推动厨房卫生间标准化的实施,每年可增加国内生产总值约200-500亿元。
