为进一步了解牙本质神经的分布,用单克隆鼠抗人神经丝蛋白(NFP)和即用型SABC试剂盒,对人发育完成的年轻恒双尖牙进行免疫酶组织化学染色。结果表明,冠部NFP阳性神经纤维的分布在牙本质的内1/3丰富,中1/3较少,外1/3较多。在牙本质小管内的延伸程度达轴牙本质界。提示神经在牙痛机理中可能起主要作用。
To further understand the distribution of dentin nerves, immunohistochemistry was performed on human adherent young bicuspid teeth using monoclonal mouse anti-human neurofilament protein (NFP) and ready-to-use SABC kit. The results showed that the distribution of NFP-positive nerve fibers in the crown was rich in the inner 1/3 of the dentine, less in the middle 1/3 and more in the outer 1/3. In the dentinal tubules extend to the level of the axon border. Suggesting that nerves may play a major role in the toothache mechanism.
