人们常说:商场如战场。面对风云诡谲的市场变化、突飞猛进的技术发展、日新月异的社会变迁,任何企业在快速成长的过程中,都不会是一帆风顺或一劳永逸,而是需要时时面对各种竞争、挑战和问题。在这种情形下,企业要想赢得竞争并保持基业长青,就需要像在战场上掌握和运用兵法一样,掌握一系列的前进策略和问题解决之道。自20世纪90年代以来,“知识管理”已经成为企业界重要的管理工具之一。随着越来越多的中国企业开始关注和引入知识管理,我们也看到有一些国内企业对于知识管理的理解和应用仍然停留在纸上谈兵、生搬硬套的状态,这也导致知识管理和企业的战略、业务脱节,知识管理的优势和价值得不到发挥。在本期《专家访谈》中,我们走进在中国企业知识管理领域具有领先优势和深厚积累的咨询公司AMT(上海企源科技股份有限公司),专访了AMT研究院院长、AMT大学执行校长葛新红女士。AMT是国内最早引入知识管理咨询服务的企业,葛新红女士曾经为华为、宝钢、万科、青啤等多家标杆企业提供过知识管理咨询和培训,并且出版专业著作多部,拥有丰富的理论与实践经验。这使得在本次访谈中,既有对知识管理理念的畅谈,又关注于企业知识管理实战,相信一定会对广大企业机构和知识管理研究者带来有益的启示。在访谈中,葛新红女士反复谈到了“知识管理”与“流程管理”“项目管理”三者的集成(“1+1+1”解决方案),以及从“战略”“业务”“人力资源”“IT”“文化”和“变革”等6个视角来看知识管理如何实现价值创造,这让人想到中国古代兵法中的“三略”与“六韬”。“六韬三略”现在用来泛指兵书与兵法,我们觉得这个成语也恰好能够概括AMT知识管理的精华思想(知识管理的6个视角以及3种管理工具的结合使用),也可以作为AMT为广大企业给出的一计“制胜锦囊”。那么现在就让我们一起来聆听AMT关于现代企业知识管理的“六韬三略”吧。采访者:《知识管理论坛》(以下简称KMF)编辑部王铮、刘远颖受访者:AMT研究院院长、AMT大学执行校长葛新红采访时间:2016年4月27日采访地点:AMT上海总部
People often say: shopping malls like the battlefield. In the face of market changes with treacherous conditions, rapid technological development, and ever-changing social changes, any enterprise will not be able to prosper smoothly or once and for all in the process of rapid growth. This leads to knowledge management and enterprise strategy, Business out of touch, the advantages of knowledge management and value can not be played. In this issue of “Expert Interview”, AMT (Shanghai Enterprise Technology Co., Ltd.), a consultancy company with leading edge and profound accumulation in knowledge management of Chinese enterprises, interviewed Dean of AMT Research Institute and Executive Principal of AMT University Ge Xinhong lady. AMT is the first enterprise to introduce knowledge management consulting service in China. Ms. Ge Xinhong has provided knowledge management consulting and training to many benchmarking companies such as Huawei, Baosteel, Vanke, Tsingtao Brewery, etc., and has published many professional books with rich theories and practices experience.
