水资源可再生性理论研究 ,是水科学研究的前沿问题 ,也是水资源可持续利用研究的基础内容。本文针对流域水资源可再生性理论研究中几个基本问题进行探讨 ,主要内容包括 :1从水量和水质两方面探讨水资源可再生性的内涵 ,提出了水量可再生性和水质可再生性的概念及相互关系 ;2提出流域水资源可再生性的量化方法 ;3提出流域水资源可再生性理论研究框架
The research on the theory of renewable water resources is the frontier issue of water science research as well as the basic content of the research on the sustainable utilization of water resources. In this paper, we discuss some basic problems in the theoretical research of water resources renewables. The main contents include: 1. Discuss the connotation of water resources reproducibility from the aspects of water quantity and water quality, and propose the water renewable and water quality renewable Concepts and interrelationships; 2 presents a quantitative approach to the reproducibility of water resources in the river basin; 3 proposes a framework for the theoretical research on the renewable nature of water resources in river basins
