某矿业集团的ZKB2048型振动筛使用1 a后,筛箱侧板出现了裂纹。结合现场实际,对其产生裂纹的原因进行了分析,探讨了焊补修复工艺,对筛箱侧板裂纹成功进行了现场焊补修复,保证了设备的正常使用。
A mining group ZKB2048 shaker used 1 a, the screen box side cracks. According to the actual situation in the field, the cause of crack was analyzed. Welding repairing process was discussed. The welding flaw repairing was successfully carried out on the side flank of screen box to ensure the normal use of the equipment.
