目的观察月经间期与人流术后即时放置吉妮柔适环的临床效果。方法随机抽取月经间期与人流术后自愿放置吉妮柔适环的236例受术者,分别于放置后1、3、6、12个月进行随访,观察其一年内续用率及副反应有何差别。结果人流术后即时放置吉妮柔适环与月经间期组副反应无明显差别,因症取出率低于月经间期组。置器满一年的118例人流术后即时组续用率为96.61%,因症取出率为3.39%;月经间期组12个月续用率为95.73%,因症取出率为4.27%。结论人流即时组放置吉妮柔适环免去了二次手术的痛苦,值得临床进一步推广和应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of gefitinib ring placed immediately after menstruation and abortion.
