磺胺甲氧哒嗪羰甲基亚氨二醋酸(SCIDA)具有良好的肝胆特异性,所得产品元素分析、光谱分析符合预计结果。分子结构中含有磺酰氨基(-SO_2NH-),其疏水端较目前常用肝胆显像剂长,亲脂性强。毒性试验表明使用安全。药盒每瓶含SCIDA21.5mg,氯化亚锡0.2mg。按常规方法标记,标记率96%以上。大白鼠体内分布示肝脏摄取迅速,胆道、肠道内很早即出现放射性。家兔显像显示心影消退快,肝影清晰,胆囊2分钟后即已显现,且持续显影。SCIDA有可能是一种有前途的肝胆显像剂。
