有关吉林人参花及花蕾中人参甙的研究尚未见报道,为了开发利用人参地上部分,特进行此项研究按日本学者柴田博士等提取分离人参甙法,稍加改变,另外利用透析法。从吉林人参花及花蕾中分离出人参甙:FC_1、FC_2、FC_3、FD_1、FD_2、FD_3及FE_1等七种单体。其中的FC_1、FC_2,FD_1及FE_1分别与人参甙标准品Rb_1、Rc、Re、Rg_2对比测定,结果一致。其余三种的人参甙尚待鉴定。 FC_1:白色粉末,mp199~200℃,[α]_D~(20)+18.7°(C=0.24,甲醇).IR_(max)~(KBr)cm~(-1):3200(OH),1615(C=C),与人参甙Rb_2混熔,熔点不降,其比旋光度、薄层层析的R_f值及红外光谱与已知人参甙Rb_2的基本
Studies on Ginseng flower and bud ginseng in Jilin ginseng have not been reported yet. In order to develop and utilize the above-ground part of ginseng, this study was specially carried out according to the Japanese scholar Dr. Shibata et al.’s method of extracting and separating ginseng, slightly changing, and using dialysis. Ginseng extracts from FCS, FC_2, FC_3, FD_1, FD_2, FD_3 and FE_1 were isolated from Jilin Ginseng flowers and buds. Among them, FC_1, FC_2, FD_1, and FE_1 were compared with ginseng reference standards Rb_1, Rc, Re, and Rg_2, respectively. The results were consistent. The remaining three types of ginseng have yet to be identified. FC_1: white powder, mp 199-200°C, [α]_D~(20)+18.7° (C=0.24, methanol).
