入学教育是高等职业教育管理工作的重要环节,近年来高职生入学教育的现状呈现出内容全面但重点不突出、形式多样但针对性不足的局面。结合高等职业教育的人才培养目标和高职生身心特点,多元智能理论启发我们应把入学教育的重点放在心理健康教育和专业认知教育,具体实施路径包括:注重培养优势智能,重塑高职生成才观;突出实践性特点的专业认知教育,提高高职生解决问题的创新意识;运用平等式的教学方式,营造民主和谐的育人氛围;构建多样性的教育评价体系,巩固高职生入学教育的实效。
The entrance education is an important link in the management of higher vocational education. In recent years, the status quo of enrollment education for higher vocational students shows the situation that the content is comprehensive but the key is not outstanding, the forms are varied, but the pertinence is insufficient.
