中铁八局电务公司工会王春梅报道今年以来,中铁八局电务公司工会采取多项有效措施,不断建立完善服务机制,在维护职工合法权益中彰显工会组织活力。中铁八局电务公司工会着力抓好工资集体协商机制建设,健全完善职工工资协商共决、正常增长和支付保障机制,促进劳动报酬增长与劳动生产率提高相协调,让职工共享企业发展成果。公司工会注重普遍推进,实现了两级公司推行工资集体协商率达100%,着力提升广大职工的福祉。
