为实现灯壳冲压全线自动化,我厂于一九七四年年底开始试制ZJS—1机械手。在上海交通大学和上海市机械制造工艺研究所等单位的大力协助下,经过近两年的努力,制造和调试工作顺利完成,于一九七六年十月正式投入生产。该机械手用于灯壳自动线双动压床的上下料。上料手将圆片从料架上取出送入压机模具内,下料手则将压好的灯壳从模具内取出,送到输送带上,进入切滚边机床。上下料机械手可代替两个工人操作,减轻劳动强度,保证安全生产,提高劳动生产率,实现了灯壳冲压全线自动化。
In order to achieve full automation lamp shell stamping, I plant trial production of ZJS-1 robot in late 1974. With the strong assistance of Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Institute of Machinery Manufacturing Technology and other units, after nearly two years of hard work, the manufacturing and commissioning work was successfully completed and formally put into production in October 1976. The manipulator is used for loading and unloading double-pressure bed of automatic lamp shell. The feeding hand takes the wafer out of the rack and sends it into the press mold, and the unloading hand takes the pressed lamp shell out of the mold and sends it to the conveyor belt to go to the hobbing machine. Loading and unloading robots can replace the two workers to reduce labor intensity, to ensure safe production, improve labor productivity, to achieve a full range of lamp shell stamping automation.
