香港中小企业大约有30万家,占香港企业总数的98%,分布于各行各业,雇员约140万人,占私人企业雇员总数的60%。中小企业一直以来都是推动香港整体经济发展的重要支柱。作为香港经济发展的中坚力量,中小企业在刺激香港经济、创造就业机会、鼓励创业文化、培育企业精英,以及引进创新产品和服务文化方面,都扮演着不可或缺的角色。许多香港今天成功的国际性大企业,都是由当日一个个中小企业发展而成的。我们对香港有代表性的10家中小企业进行了实地调查研究,
About 300,000 Hong Kong SMEs, accounting for 98% of the total number of Hong Kong enterprises, are distributed in all walks of life and employ about 1.4 million people, accounting for 60% of the total number of private sector employees. SMEs have always been an important pillar in promoting the overall economic development of Hong Kong. As the backbone of Hong Kong’s economic development, SMEs play an indispensable role in stimulating Hong Kong’s economy, creating employment opportunities, encouraging entrepreneurial culture, nurturing the business elite, and introducing innovative products and service culture. Many of the major international corporations that Hong Kong has succeeded today are those developed by small and medium enterprises on the same day. We conducted a field survey of 10 SMEs that are representative in Hong Kong.
