目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立红蓼花、叶茎的特征图谱。方法:用KromasilTM C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为310nm。结果:9个不同产地药材的特征图谱具有较好的相似度,样品特征图谱相似度均在97%以上。结论:采用高效液相色谱特征图谱检测技术可有效控制红蓼花、叶茎药材的质量。
Objective: To establish a characteristic map of red hibiscus and leaf stems by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: A mobile phase methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution was used to elute with a KromasilTM C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 310 nm. Results: The feature maps of medicinal materials from 9 different origins had good similarities, and the similarity of sample feature maps was above 97%. Conclusion: The high quality liquid chromatographic profile detection technology can effectively control the quality of red hibiscus and leaf stem herbs.
