患者31岁,孕2产0。以孕38周查体发现血压高1月于2000年3月24日入院。无头昏、头痛及眼花,无下腹阵痛及阴道流水。查体:血压22/16kPa,双下肢水肿Ⅱ°,心肺无异常。产科检查:宫高36cm,腹围120cm、胎位ROA,腹型异常:以左侧腹部膨隆为著,右侧腹部较空虚;胎心140次/min,无宫缩,先露头、半定。化验:尿蛋白卅余无异常。诊断:①孕38周ROA待产;②妊高征(中度).
The patient was 31 years old and had 2 pregnancies. 38 weeks pregnant pregnancy examination found high blood pressure in January on March 24, 2000 admission. No dizziness, headache and vertigo, no lower abdominal pain and vaginal fluid. Examination: blood pressure 22 / 16kPa, lower extremity edema Ⅱ °, no abnormal heart and lungs. Obstetric examination: Palace height 36cm, abdominal circumference 120cm, fetal position ROA, Abdominal Abnormalities: to the left abdomen bulging, the right abdomen is more empty; fetal heart 140 times / min, no contractions, outcrops, semi-fixed. Assay: Urine protein 卅 no abnormalities. Diagnosis: ① 38 weeks pregnant ROA to be produced; ② PIH (moderate).
