真空制盐蒸发器碳钢加热管的腐蚀是极其严重的。致使真空制盐系统投产以来,因碳钢加热管的腐蚀穿孔而严重影响生产正常进行。1975年我厂十万吨真空制盐系统投产90天之后,因碳钢加热管腐蚀穿孔65根,被迫停产大修。在严重腐蚀面前,在党的一元化领导下,充分发挥了工人、技术人员、领导干部的“三结合”的作用,大胆提出采用热镀锡碳钢加热管的方案,并于1973年和1975年分别在五万和十万吨真空制盐系统的1—3效的蒸发器上试用,近3年来应用表明,热镀锡管作加热管是可行
