目的探索导致南昌市鄱阳湖区2011年钉螺密度大幅度下降的因素。方法根据草洲高程,选择涵盖密螺带的高程(14~17 m)草洲5块,收集、比较近3年的螺情资料和近5年的水文资料。进行现场螺情调查及渔船民访谈。结果2011年进贤县泥洲钉螺密度比2009年下降了91.2%,新建县水湖洲下降了95.9%(P均<0.01),2010年鄱阳湖区4、5月降雨量分别为312 mm和356 mm,星子站水位分别为13.90 m和16.07 m,均超近5年同期;2011年4、5月降雨量分别为90 mm和145 mm,星子站水位分别为8.73 m和10.31 m,均较近5年同期偏低。未发现其他明显异常现象。结论2011年鄱阳湖区钉螺密度大幅度下降可能与2010年草洲浸水时间长和2011年上半年降雨量偏少有关。
Objective To explore the factors that led to the sharp decline of snail density in Poyang Lake area of Nanchang in 2011. Methods According to the grassland elevation, we selected 5 grassland of elevation of 14 ~ 17 m in the conchosphere and collected and compared the snail data of recent 3 years and the hydrological data of the last 5 years. Conduct on-site snail investigation and fisherman interviews. Results In 2011, the density of snails in the mudflats in Jinxian County dropped by 91.2% compared with that in 2009 and that in Xinjian County dropped by 95.9% (P <0.01). In April and May in Poyang Lake, the rainfalls were 312 mm and 356, respectively mm and the water level of Xingzi Station was 13.90 m and 16.07 m respectively, both exceeding the same period of five years. The rainfalls in April and May 2011 were 90 mm and 145 mm respectively, and the water level of Xingzi Station was 8.73 m and 10.31 m respectively, 5 years low. No other obvious abnormalities were found. Conclusion The sharp decrease of snail density in Poyang Lake area in 2011 may be related to the prolonged soaking time in 2010 and the less rainfall in the first half of 2011.
