以 71 7阴离子树脂为在线分离富集的柱填充材料 ,用微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法 ( MPT-AES)测定 Cd,研究了施加微波对分离富集的影响。实验结果表明 ,施加微波明显有利于富集和洗脱过程 ,使 Cd的发射强度明显增大。
71 7 anion resin was used as column packing material for online separation and enrichment. Cd was determined by microwave plasma torch atomic emission spectrometry (MPT-AES). The effect of microwave on separation and enrichment was studied. The experimental results show that the application of microwave is obviously conducive to enrichment and elution process, so that the emission intensity of Cd significantly increased.
