该铸铁具有铁素体和铁素体—珠光体基体组织,石墨球化率>90%。试验时,将冲击韧性降低到一半时的温度作为韧脆转变温度Tkp。 用于试验的试样采用炉料成分中有废钢(包括钢屑)的工业性熔炼铁水来铸造。铁水采用变质剂进行球化处理。其化学成分如表1所示。
