目的 对趋势导向蓝黄视野检查(tendency-oriented blue-on-yellow perimetry, TOP/BYP)、常规蓝黄视野检查(normal blue-on-yellow perimetry, N/BYP)及常规白白视野检查(white-on-white perimetry, WWP)结果进行比较,评价TOP/BYP在青光眼视功能检测中的应用价值。方法 利用OCTOPUS 101全自动视野计分别对19例(38眼)正常人和27例(54眼)原发性开角型青光眼(primary open-angle glaucoma, POAG)分别进行TOP/BYP、N/BYP及WWP检查,将三种视野检查结果、视野检查指数及视野缺损点数进行比较和分析。结果 TOP/BYP检查的特异性与N/BYP检查的特异性一致(89.47%);对已确诊的早期POAG,TOP/BYP检查的阳性率为86.49%,明显高于WWP的阳性率(54.05%),且与N/BYP检查阳性率(89.19%)之间无显著性差异;对中期和晚期POAG,TOP/BYP检查与N/BYP和WWP检查的符合率达100%;TOP/BYP和N/BYP检查POAG视野缺损点数明显大于WWP视野缺损点数。绪论TOP/BYP检查青光眼视功能损害的敏感性和特异性与N/BYP相当,TOP/BYP检测时间短,患者不易疲劳,是理想的蓝黄视野检查方法之一。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of trend-oriented blue-on-yellow perimetry (TOP / BYP), normal blue-on-yellow perimetry (N / BYP) and conventional white- on-white perimetry, WWP), and to evaluate the value of TOP / BYP in detecting glaucomatous visual function. Methods The primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) of 19 normal subjects (38 eyes) and 27 eyes (54 eyes) were respectively treated with TOP / BYP, N / BYP And WWP examination, the three kinds of visual field examination results, visual field examination index and visual field defect points were compared and analyzed. TOP / BYP and N / BYP POAG visual field defect points significantly larger than the WWP visual field defect points. Introduction TOP / BYP sensitivity and specificity of glaucomatous visual impairment and N / BYP considerable, TOP / BYP detection time is short, the patient is not easy to fatigue, is an ideal method of blue-yellow vision examination.
