以乙醇作为萃取剂,采用微波法从大豆中提取异黄酮,分别考察了微波功率、乙醇的体积分数、料液比和微波辐射时间对异黄酮提取量的影响。结果表明:从大豆中提取异黄酮的最佳工艺条件:微波功率400 W、乙醇的体积分数50%、料液比1∶4、微波辐射时间5 min。在最佳工艺条件下,异黄酮的提取量1.3205 mg.g-1。与传统溶剂法相比,微波法不仅节省时间,而且提取效率高,是一种快速、高效、节能的新型提取工艺。
The extraction of isoflavone from soybean by microwave was studied with ethanol as extractant. The effects of microwave power, ethanol volume fraction, solid-to-liquid ratio and microwave irradiation time on isoflavone extraction were investigated. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions for the extraction of isoflavones from soybean were: microwave power 400 W, ethanol 50%, solid-liquid ratio 1: 4 and microwave irradiation time 5 min. Under the optimum conditions, the amount of isoflavones extracted was 1.3205 mg.g-1. Compared with the traditional solvent method, the microwave method not only saves time, but also has high extraction efficiency, and is a fast, efficient and energy-saving new extraction process.
