武汉市属高职院校服务地方社会经济发展的现状:一是办学初具规模,但服务地方社会经济发展仍显不足;二是师资队伍已形成,但服务地方社会经济发展的能力有待提高;三是专业设置面广,但服务地方社会经济发展的特色仍需加强;四是合作办学模式取得可喜成绩,但服务地方社会经济发展的实习、实训基地有待扩大。改变现状的途径:一是加大投入力度,提高市属高职院校服务地方社会经济发展的深度;二是加大政策力度,提高市属高职院校服务地方社会经济发展的广度;三是增强企业的认同度,提高高职院校服务地方社会经济的高度;四是加大学院改革的力度,提高市属高职院校服务地方经济发展的精度。
The status quo of Wuhan municipal vocational and technical colleges serving local social and economic development: First, the scale of running a school is beginning to take shape, but the social and economic development in serving the local community is still insufficient; second, the teaching staff has formed, but the ability to serve local social and economic development needs to be improved; Thirdly, there are a wide range of professional settings. However, the characteristics of social and economic development in service areas still need to be strengthened. Fourth, the mode of cooperation in running schools has made gratifying achievements. However, the service and training base for local socio-economic development needs to be expanded. The way to change the status quo: First, increase investment, improve municipal vocational colleges to serve the local social and economic development of the depth; Second, increase policy efforts to improve municipal vocational colleges to serve the breadth of local social and economic development; Third Is to enhance the recognition of enterprises and improve vocational colleges to serve the local socio-economic height; Fourth, increase college reform efforts to improve municipal vocational colleges to serve the local economic development accuracy.
