家族企业融合社会资本除了受其自身局限性影响外,更主要的受传统文化的制约。为了进一步分析传统文化对家族企业的影响,本文以辨证唯物主义为指导,从利益的角度分析家族企业引进外部经理人的文化障碍的根源,指出家族企业引进外部经理人的文化障碍主要是因家族企业主对利益的追求心理所形成的。
In addition to its own limitations, the integration of family business with social capital is more restricted by traditional culture. In order to further analyze the impact of traditional culture on the family business, this paper, based on the dialectical materialism, analyzes the root causes of the cultural barriers to the introduction of external managers from the perspective of the benefit of the family business.
