以辐照灭菌的酸性黄壤(pH56)为供试土,种植有性繁殖的茶苗(Cameliasinensis)并接种VA菌根真菌(Glomuscitricolum),以不接种菌根真菌为对照,分别追施32P过磷酸钙和86Rb氯化铷(代替40K)。试验结果证明:菌根浸染率,32P组合为5260%、86Rb组合为5670%,茶树株高分别是对照的210倍和250倍,对磷、钾元素的吸收量分别比对照增加460和310倍,磷肥利用率提高1410%、钾肥利用率提高1713%。
Irradiation-sterilized acidic yellow soil (pH5.6) was used as experimental soil to plant sexual reproduction of Camellia sinensis (Cameliasinensis) and inoculated with VA mycorrhizal fungi (Glomuscitricolum) 32P superphosphate and 86Rb rubidium chloride (instead of 40K). The results showed that the mycorrhizal infection rate was 5260% for 32P and 5670% for 86Rb. The plant height of tea was 210 times and 250 times that of control respectively. The absorption of phosphorus and potassium Which increased 460 and 310 times respectively than the control, the utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer increased by 1410% and the utilization rate of potassium fertilizer increased by 1713%.
