研制了一种新型马氏体时效不锈钢 OOCr13 Ni6MoNb。新钢种在达到一定强度水平的同时,还具有很高的塑韧性和良好的热稳定性、低周疲劳性能、焊接性能以及较好的耐蚀性,适宜于制作综合性能较高的耐蚀焊接结构件。采用电炉冶炼再经电渣重熔或真空自耗重熔150毫米方锻件的机械性能为:σ_b≥90公斤/毫米~2、σ_(0.2)≥80公斤/毫米~2、δ≥16%、ψ≥50%、断裂韧性K_(1ε)500公斤/毫米~(3/2)左右。本文介绍了新钢种的化学成份,按断裂韧性、动态撕裂、断裂扩展抗力、落锤试验等方法评价了新钢种的韧性水平;叙述了焊接、腐蚀、低周疲劳、热稳定性等各种性能试验结果;采用金相、电子显微镜、X 光衍射等方法分析研究了新钢种成份、热处理、组织结构和性能之间的关系。
