目的分析多囊卵巢综合征的病理生理学特征。方法选取我院收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为观察组,及健康者80例作为对照组,对两组患者的一般资料进行比较。结果观察组患者在糖脂代谢水平、体重、生化高雄等指标异常发生率上,明显高于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论糖脂代谢异常,肥胖、以及生化高雄指标异常是导致多囊卵巢综合征患者发病的重要诱因,因此,在临床诊断过程中,应给予高度重视,并进行早诊断、早干预、早治疗。
