本文报告69例骨髓增生异常综合征、再生障碍性贫血(再障)和急性白血病等病人外周血淋巴细胞SCE和细胞周期的变化。发现其SCE值和细胞周期均按正常、骨髓增生异常综合征和急性白血病的顺序递增,再障中继发性再障的SCE值较原发性再障明显增高。这些资料提示,SCE值的升高和细胞周期的延迟可能是发生白血病的先兆。继发性再障可能和白血病的关系更为密切。
This article reports 69 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome, aplastic anemia (aplastic anemia) and acute leukemia patients with peripheral blood lymphocytes SCE and cell cycle changes. Found that the SCE value and cell cycle were normal, myelodysplastic syndrome and acute leukemia in the order of increasing, aplastic anemia secondary to aplastic anemia SCE value was significantly higher than primary aplastic anemia. These data suggest that elevated SCE values and cell cycle delay may be a precursor to the development of leukemia. Secondary aplastic anemia may be more closely related to leukemia.
