目的了解徐州市云龙区梅毒的流行病学特征和发病趋势。方法对梅毒疫情资料进行描述性分析。结果 2005—2013年云龙区梅毒发病723例,年均发病率26.46/10万,发病总体呈上升趋势,发病率年均增幅9.65%;病例主要集中在20~39岁组(占75.99%),发病率38.13/10万;女性20~29岁发病率最高,为60.34/10万,男性≥60岁人群发病率最高,为40.46/10万;女性发病率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.741,P<0.01);职业分布前3位分别为家务及待业、离退休人员、工人。结论云龙区梅毒疫情呈上升趋势,应针对梅毒的传播特点,加大对重点人群的健康宣传,开展社会综合整治,遏制疫情发展的态势。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trend of syphilis in Yunlong District, Xuzhou City. Methods Descriptive analysis of syphilis epidemic data. Results The incidence of syphilis in Yunlong District from 2005 to 2013 was 723 cases, with an average annual incidence of 26.46 / 100 000. The overall incidence was on the rise with an average annual increase of 9.65%. The cases mainly concentrated in the age group of 20-39 years (accounting for 75.99%), The incidence was 38.13 / 100 000; the highest incidence of female 20-29 years old was 60.34 / 100000, the highest incidence of male 40 years old was 40.46 / 100000; the incidence of female was higher than that of male, the difference was statistically significant ( χ2 = 18.741, P <0.01). The top 3 occupations were housework and unemployed, retirees and workers respectively. Conclusions The epidemic situation of syphilis in Yunlong District is on the rise. In response to the spread of syphilis, we should increase the publicity on the health of key people and conduct comprehensive social remediation to curb the epidemic situation.
