目的 P波离散度反映心房非均质电活动的离散程度,QT离散度增加在心脏病患者中常见。本研究通过观察大量饮酒后成年男性Pd、QTd等指标的变化以探讨大量饮酒对心脏造成的影响。方法选择60例健康成年男性为受试者,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例。实验组饮用1.2g/kg酒精,对照组饮用相同容量矿泉水,实验结束1h后记录受试者心电图,测量Pd、QTd等指标,并检查受试者心律失常情况。结果在急性大量饮酒后,实验组受试者与对照组相比较,Pmax、Pd、QTmax、QTd均有明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组部分受试者出现心率失常现象,而对照组则未出现。结论急性大量饮酒可带来心电图离散度的变化,同时可能增加发生心律失常的风险。
PURPOSE The P wave dispersion reflects the dispersion of atrial heterogeneous electrical activity and increases in QT dispersion are common in patients with heart disease. In this study, by observing the changes of Pd, QTd and other indicators of adult males after heavy drinking to explore the impact of heavy drinking on the heart. Methods Sixty healthy adult male subjects were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each. The experimental group drank 1.2g / kg of alcohol, while the control group drank the same volume of mineral water. The electrocardiogram was recorded 1h after the end of the experiment. The Pd, QTd and other indexes were measured and the arrhythmia of the subjects was examined. Results After acute and heavy drinking, Pmax, Pd, QTmax and QTd in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Some subjects in experimental group had arrhythmia Phenomenon, while the control group did not appear. Conclusions Acute heavy drinking can bring about the change of electrocardiographic dispersion, at the same time may increase the risk of arrhythmia.
