本文研究了20CrMnTi钢碳氮共渗后淬火油温度对接触疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明,经较高油温淬火的试样中的残留奥氏体具有较高的稳定性,这是接触疲劳寿命随淬火油温的升高而提高的主要原因。
This paper studies the effect of quenching oil temperature on contact fatigue life after carbonitriding in 20CrMnTi steel. The results show that the residual austenite in the sample hardened by the higher oil temperature has higher stability, which is the main reason that the contact fatigue life increases with the increase of the quenching oil temperature.
