自1996—02～2002-02共收治观察53例偏头痛的患儿,现将脑多普勒改变及治疗效果总结如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组共收治观察53例偏头痛的患儿,其中男23例、女30例,年龄为7～14岁,均为学龄期儿童,本组患儿均有持续性或反复发作性头痛史3个月以上和间歇期完全正常的特点,符合小儿偏头痛的特点及诊断标准,经查体均无阳性体征,血液实验室检查、脑电图、头部CT检查均正常,且脑囊虫皮试及抗体均阴性。前额部为主者21例,头右侧为主者19例,左侧为主者13例,轻度头痛不影响学习和日常生活者19例;余34例均影响学习和日常生活但不需卧床休息,有头痛家族史者37例。
