目的:确定黄芪中黄芪甲苷的HPLC-ELSD测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱一蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD),色谱柱为ULtimate■XB-C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(32:68),柱温为40℃,雾化温度为45℃,汽化温度为110℃,气体流速为1.9 SLM。结果:测定了3批黄芪中黄芪甲苷的含量,该检测器条件下测定的准确度、精密度、重复性等良好,验证了该检测器的色谱条件是可行的。
Objective: To determine the Astragalus Astragaloside HPLC-ELSD determination. METHODS: The HPLC-ELSD was used to determine the concentration of the sample. The column was ULtimate ■ XB-C18 (4.6 × 250 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (32:68) The temperature was 40 ° C, the atomization temperature was 45 ° C, the vaporization temperature was 110 ° C and the gas flow rate was 1.9 SLM. Results: The content of astragaloside IV in Astragalus membranaceus was determined. The accuracy, precision and reproducibility of the assay were satisfactory. It was proved that the chromatographic conditions of the detector were feasible.
