1976年唐山发生强烈地震后,我们利用激光和电子学技术在北京远郊的密云水库台站从事地震预报的研究工作。同时也注意了对地震云的观测和研究。日本键田忠三郎于1948年起开始研究地震云,并首先利用地震云成功地预报了地震。我国历史上在三百年前也有过关于云彩和地震之间关系的记载。根据我国古代的记载。日本键田忠三郎三十二年的观测和预报,以及我们自己的观测,研究和预报实践,可以认为云彩和地震的确具有内在联系,值得认真研究和探讨。
After a strong earthquake in Tangshan in 1976, we used laser and electronics technologies to conduct earthquake prediction studies at Miyun Reservoir Station in the outskirts of Beijing. At the same time, attention has also been paid to the observation and research of the earthquake clouds. Japan’s Keiko Tadanobu began studying earthquake clouds in 1948 and first successfully predicted earthquakes using seismic clouds. Three hundred years ago in our history there have been records of the relationship between clouds and earthquakes. According to our ancient records. Thirty-two years of observing and forecasting by Japan’s President Tadashi Tanaka and our own observations, research and forecasting practices can be considered as an intrinsic link between clouds and earthquakes and deserve careful study and discussion.
