探讨肾素—血管紧张素Ⅱ—醛固酮系统(RAS)在肾脏疾病中变化的意义,研究了26例慢性肾功能衰竭病人的肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮(PRA、AⅡ、Ald)及血K+、Na+、Cl-、HCO3-、pH的变化。结果表明:肾功能恶化程度与肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ的增高程度差别有显著性,P<0.05,而与醛固酮水平差别无显著性,P>0.05。结论:测定血清PRA、AⅡ、Ald浓度可指导临床用药、估计预后、判断治疗效果,并为ACE┐Ⅰ治疗慢性肾功能衰竭提供了理论依据。
To investigate the significance of renin-angiotensin Ⅱ-aldosterone system (RAS) in renal diseases and the relationship between renin, angiotensin Ⅱ, aldosterone (PRA, AⅡ, Ald) and blood in 26 chronic renal failure patients K +, Na +, Cl-, HCO3-, pH changes. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the degree of renal dysfunction and the increase of renin and angiotensin Ⅱ, P <0.05, but no significant difference with aldosterone level (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Determination of serum PRA, A Ⅱ, Ald concentration can guide the clinical medication, prognosis, to determine the therapeutic effect, and provide a theoretical basis for ACE â ... ¢ treatment of chronic renal failure.
