全国老旧汽车更新领导小组办公室[1991]汽更字1号文《全国老旧汽车更新改造领导小组会议纪要》中的第六条,提到了“报废车回收价格偏低”和“除总成外有价值的零部件单独作价”。现就报废汽车回收价格问题,提出一点浅见,与大家共同探讨。国家自1981年开展更新改造老旧汽车以来,报废车回收价格也已几经调整。经机(85)418号规定的收购价按统料计120元/吨;经机(86)560号文规定在统料基础上再加20~30%,即为156元/吨。实际上,我们在执行中已达170元/吨。此外,对车况好的或单位效益差的适当加价收购,对从各个县交的报废车,每车加30元~50元的运输补贴费。以上价格均是需更新证明的,属计划收购价。
