甜菜花枝扦插是利用采种株的抽薹茎作为播条,在适宜的环境条件下,进行扦插使其生根发芽,由生殖生长转变为营养生长,形成新的营养体。它是一种简便而有效的营养繁殖方法,国外已广泛应用于甜菜育种中。为了把插薹营养繁殖技术尽快而有效地用于甜菜雄性不育系、“O”型系和特殊遗传型材料的保存、繁殖,以及克服甜菜自交不亲合性的选育过程中,我们在1985、1986和1989年进行了花枝扦插试验,研究了吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)等生长调节剂对扦插枝条的生根生枝效应和成活率,并观察了扦插枝条的生长发育特点,现将已获得的结果报告如下:
