随着我国经济的发展,数控机床的应用也得以迅速发展。对于数控机床来说,最重要的是保证其正常使用,所以要提高数控机床的使用期限、使用质量和使用效率,就一定要建立起关于数控机床的故障预测与健康管理系统的关键技术。本文主要概述了数控机床的故障预测和健康管理系统,影响系统应用效果的核心技术,并提出数控机床的故障预测与健康管理系统的关键技术的具体运用方案,期待在实现机床故障的预测和健康管理上具有重要的借鉴意义。
With the development of our economy, the application of CNC machine tools has also been rapidly developed.
