正交函数法与双波长法一样,不经分离即可消除共存组分的干扰,方法比较简单,准确度也较高。本文就常药降压片中氢氯噻嗪的含量测定,探讨了正交函数法的应用。文内选用二次多项式 P2,以271nm 为中间波长,以4nm 的等间隔波长分成六点进行测定,并计算其回归系数 P_2作为定量信息。在751G 型分光光度计上用正交函数法测定氢氯噻嗪,回收率为99.61±0.62%(置信率95%),变异系数为1.1%。
The orthogonal function method is the same as the dual wavelength method, which can eliminate the interference of the coexisting components without being separated, and the method is relatively simple and the accuracy is high. In this paper, the content of hydrochlorothiazide in routine antihypertensive tablets was determined, and the application of orthogonal function method was discussed. In this paper, the second-order polynomial P2 is selected and measured at mid-wavelength of 271 nm and at 4-nm wavelength at equal intervals. The regression coefficient P_2 is calculated as the quantitative information. Hydrochlorothiazide was determined by orthogonal function method on a 751G spectrophotometer with a recovery of 99.61 ± 0.62% (95% confidence) and a coefficient of variation of 1.1%.
