校园体育文化作为学校教育的重要组成部分,其建设对于提高在校学生身体的综合体能有着积极促进作用。选取江西服装学院为研究对象,运用实验法、数理统计法等方式对三组特定实验对象相应身体指标的测试结果进行对比,以分析健美操教学对学生体质健康状况的影响作用。结果显示,开设第二课堂健美操及健美操体育教学班与未开设健美操体育教学班的学生相比较,其身体各项机能水平都有较明显的改善,身体素质水平也有较显著的提高。因此,健美操的开设不仅有利于学生身体机能的提高,而且有利于丰富校园体育文化建设的内涵。
As an important part of school education, campus physical culture has a positive role in promoting the comprehensive physical fitness of school students. Select Jiangxi Institute of Clothing as the research object, the use of experimental methods, mathematical statistics and other means of the three groups of specific test object corresponding body test results were compared to analyze aerobics teaching on the physical health of students. The results show that the second class of aerobics and aerobics teaching classes compared with the physical exercises did not open aerobics classes compared to students, their physical and mental performance levels have improved significantly, physical fitness level has also been significantly improved. Therefore, the establishment of aerobics is not only conducive to the improvement of students’ physical function, but also conducive to enriching the connotation of campus sports culture.
