广东省属国有企业外派监事会制度起始于2002年,历经公务员管理模式、社会化管理模式和企业化管理模式三个阶段,为推进省属国有企业改革发展、促进国有资产保值增值方面发挥了重要作用,监事会制度也在实践中不断发展与完善,但也存在运行效率不足等问题。本文通过对广东省外派监事会制度运行现状、存在的问题以及问题的症结的深入分析,拟找出有效的解决办法,希望对完善外派监事会制度有所借鉴。
The system of supervisement of state-owned enterprises in Guangdong Province started in 2002.
