衡量一所学校的好坏其首要的标准便是学生的满意度。基于学生心理契约与满意度视角来改善教学和学生管理模式,对于高职院校的发展来说十分重要。目前许多高职院校在学生管理方面存在管理方法老套、忽视学生主体需要、不重视满意度建设等问题,需要我们高职院校的教育工作者在从事学生管理时,转变管理观念、构建良好的师生心理契约、与学生进行有效的沟通、为学生缔造良好的育人环境,从而提高学生管理工作的绩效和实效。
The primary criterion for measuring the quality of a school is student satisfaction. Improving teaching and student management mode based on students’ psychological contract and satisfaction perspective is very important for the development of higher vocational colleges. At present, many higher vocational colleges have some problems in the aspects of student management, such as ignorance of the main body of students, neglecting the needs of students and neglecting the construction of satisfaction.
