曾有一位媒体记者“挑衅”性地质疑华为总裁任正非——全球电信业界的“中国头狼”:我觉得华为的产品并非一流,请问华为的核心竞争力是什么?我记得当时华为老板任正非如此回答:我们(华为)的产品可能不是最好的,但那又怎样?!什么是核心竞争力?选择我们而不是选择别人的产品,就说明我们拥有核心竞争力!所谓核心竞争力,其实就是企业所拥有的“获取顾客”的综合能力。如何理解呢?从商业原点和常识来看,企业之所以能生存与发展,关键在于能与“顾客”保持可持续的“买与卖”的交换,离开顾客的购买(也就是企业不能获取顾客),企业就缺乏存续的基础。故曰:企业即顾客。此乃商业原点思维之表现!
