本文讨论了机床数控系统的 m 序列在线辩识问题,提出了用编有 m序列纸带和安装有 m 序列发生器的数字控制柜辩识机床数控系统的方法。介绍了用计算机进行数据处理的程序。用这种方法和这套程序,可以方便而迅速地得出机床进给系统的脉冲响应,传递函数,开环和闭环的幅频、相频特性等。通过辩识的实验结果与理论计算的对比分析表明,这一方法对于机床数控系统的在线辩识是十分简单和有效的。
This paper discussed on-line identification of machine tool numerical control system m sequence, and proposed a method to identify machine numerical control system by digital control cabinet with m-sequence paper tape and m-sequence generator. Describes the use of computer data processing procedures. With this method and this program, the impulse response, transfer function, amplitude-frequency, phase-frequency characteristics of open-loop and closed-loop, etc. of the machine tool feeding system can be easily and quickly obtained. The comparative analysis of the experimental results and theoretical calculations shows that this method is very simple and effective for on-line identification of CNC system.
