在淬火压床上进行压力淬火,是目前解决结构复杂的渗碳齿轮热处理变形常用的方法,但是实践表明,压床淬火并不是一种很理想的方法。本文介绍了改进黄河牌汽车后桥一级减速圆锥被动齿轮和二级减速圆柱被动齿轮渗碳直接淬火工艺试验及其达到微变形的效果。
Quenching pressure quenching on the press, is currently the solution to complex structural carburizing gear heat treatment deformation method commonly used, but practice shows that press quenching is not a very good method. This paper introduces the technology of carburizing direct quenching to improve the first-level reduction conical passive gear and the second-level reduction cylindrical passive gear of the rear axle of the Yellow River Automobile and the effect of micro-deformation.
