目的:观察化癥消胚汤联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:将我院妇产科收治的异位妊娠患者50例随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各25例。对照组予甲氨蝶呤治疗,治疗组在其基础上联用化癥消胚汤治疗,治疗后比较两组患者临床疗效、实验室指标(血清β-h CG下降率)、不同时相异位妊娠包块直径变化及不良反应发生情况等指标。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,且其血清HCG在治疗7、10和14 d时下降情况及不同时相异位妊娠包块直径变化情况均优于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率为12.0%,明显低于对照组的24.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化癥消胚汤联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠可以提高临床疗效,促进异位妊娠包块消失及血清β-h CG恢复正常,还可降低不良反应发生率,最终促进输卵管恢复。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huashi Xiaozhu Decoction combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 50 cases of ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital obstetrics and gynecology were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with methotrexate, and the treatment group was treated on the basis of Huazhixu Decoction. It can also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and eventually promote tubal recovery.
