目的明确某热电公司锅炉烟气脱硝技术改造项目产生的职业病危害因素,对建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法进行综合分析和评价。结果该项目正常运行过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有烟尘、尿素、CO、CO2、SO2、NO、NO2、NH3、噪声和高温等,化学性有害因素检测合格率为100%,外操工及尿素配制工噪声8 h等效声级为74.1 d B(A)和82.4 d B(A),尿素制备间配制尿素时的噪声强度为92.6 d B(A),锅炉房高温湿球黑球温度(WBGT)指数为30℃。结论该项目职业病危害控制效果基本符合要求,在应急救援措施、职业卫生档案管理、职业健康监护等有待进一步完善,尿素制备间的噪声强度较高,员工应加强个体防护。
Objective To clarify the occupational disease hazard factors caused by the technological transformation of boiler flue gas denitrification in a thermoelectric company and evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on construction projects. Methods Occupational health field survey, occupational hazards and occupational health tests and other methods for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards that exist in the normal operation of the project are smoke, urea, CO, CO2, SO2, NO, NO2, NH3, noise and high temperature, and the passing rate of chemical harmful factors is 100% The noise level of urea formulation noise at 8 h was 74.1 d B (A) and 82.4 d B (A) respectively. The noise intensity of urea preparation urea was 92.6 d B (A) (WBGT) index of 30 ° C. Conclusion The control effect of occupational hazards in this project basically meets the requirements. In emergency rescue measures, occupational health records management, occupational health guardianship need to be further improved, and the noise intensity between urea preparation is higher, employees should strengthen individual protection.
