在框架轻板板柱体系中,节点混凝土不仅要求硬化快,早期强度高,而且是决定上层构件安装的关键工序。根据我们实践,如果节点混凝土强度在24小时之内达到200公斤/厘米~2,则主体安装工程就可以大大加快。但是,若采取普通水泥砂浆或混凝土,满足不了施工工期要求,尤其在冬季施工中更满足不了工期要求。即使采取蓄热法、蒸养法、电热法以及掺加化学外加剂等措施,但要在三天内达到设计强度是办不到的,而且还会耗用大量能源,增加设备管线,扩大施工面积,影响其它工种工序的顺利进行。
