2002年,是中国石油天然气集团公司党组规定的“转变作风年”和“调查研究年”。辽河油田锦州采油厂党委开展了“走百座井站、访千名员工”大型调研活动,通过调查问卷、机关下基层、召开座谈会等多种形式,共走访基层中心站105座,了解员工达1400人次,调研解决实际问题48个,收集基层建议和意见110余条。为基层答疑解惑、排忧解难,极大地凝聚了员工队伍,促进了生产经营管理水平的提高。2002年,该厂共生产原油203.9646万吨,超产原油9646吨。
In 2002, it was the “Year of Transformation Style” and “Year of Investigation and Study” stipulated by the party group of China National Petroleum Corporation.
