上海上菱电器股份有限公司,全面引进日本三菱电冰箱技术,在与日本合作设计产品时,就把降低产品耗电量作为重点考核的质量指标之一。为此上菱在设计中采取了:(1)选用高效率的旋转式压缩机;(2)优化设计绝热层厚度;(3)提高门的密封性;(4)充分利用冷凝器的散热效应等措施。这样尽管上菱是无霜电冰箱,多了一套化霜系统及某些元件,但其耗电量并不高于直冷式电冰箱。因此上菱第一种产品BCD-180W被评为上海市节能产品。上菱至今已开发了十几种无霜电冰箱,有BCD-180W系列、BCD-216W系列、
